Priory Apprenticeships has some new and exciting roles on offer within Lincolnshire, take a look at the vacancies below and let us know which one suits you to a T!

  • The Priory Federation of Academies are seeking to appoint an apprentice to provide support to the Human Resources Department. As an apprentice, you will assist in the delivery of a range of administration duties including typing, recording of essential employment checks, maintaining personnel files and organising meetings and refreshments.

  • The Priory Federation of Academies are seeking to appoint TWO apprentices to provide support to the Centralised Finance Department. The Finance Apprentices will be primarily responsible for raising purchase orders, entering purchase invoices, recording of income and other bank receipts and payments using a fully integrated accounting package. The candidates will also support the administration duties within the office.

  • The Priory Federation of Academies are seeking to appoint an Apprentice ICT Technician in Lincoln and Grantham. The Apprentice ICT Technician will be responsible for the general maintenance of ICT equipment, and for the resolution of identified technical problems, as well as undertaking general tasks which will promote the use of ICT across the curriculum. 

  • Lincoln, A Priory Academy are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Administrator  to provide support to the Academy’s administrative function. As a part of this role, you will qualify in Business Administration Level 2 . You will be working Monday to Friday, working between 08:00 and 18.00, 37 hours per week.

  • The Priory Federation are looking for an apprentice to work across several sites within the Lincoln area, this will be a September start and you will need your own transport or be flexible with travel.

  • The Priory Pembroke Academy are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Administrator  to provide support to the Academy’s administrative function. As a part of this role, you will qualify in Business Administration Level 2 . You will be working Monday to Friday, working between 08:00 and 16.00, 37 hours per week.

If you are interested in any of the listed vacancies, please call or email to register your interest using the details above and we can start the application process. Alternatively, you can apply through the Government Apprenticeship Website or Networx.

Once you have contacted Priory Training or applied for the vacancy through one of the websites we will start our selection process. If you are meet the criteria, you will be invited to a registration interview at The Keyworth Centre, where you will be required to take an online assessment in both English and maths.

If you are successful at your registration interview and you have the required English and maths skills your CV will then be sent to the relevant employer as part of the recruitment process.

If you are successful at securing yourself an apprenticeship, a meeting with the employer, mentor and assessor will be arranged with you in order to complete a Skills Gap Analysis and the apprenticeship paperwork. You will also find out more information about your job role.
