As an apprentice, you will assist in the delivery of a range of administration duties including typing, recording of essential employment checks, maintaining personnel files and organising meetings and refreshments.
The Priory Federation of Academies are seeking to appoint TWO apprentices to provide support to the Centralised Finance Department. The Finance Apprentices will be primarily responsible for raising purchase orders, entering purchase invoices, recording of income and other bank receipts and payments using a fully integrated accounting package. The Apprentice ICT Technician will be responsible for the general maintenance of ICT equipment, and for the resolution of identified technical problems, as well as undertaking general tasks which will promote the use of ICT across the curriculum. Lincoln, A Priory Academy are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Administrator to provide support to the Academy’s administrative function. As a part of this role, you will qualify in Business Administration Level 2.

Once you have contacted Priory Training or applied for the vacancy through one of the websites we will start our selection process. If you are meet the criteria, you will be invited to a registration interview at The Keyworth Centre, where you will be required to take an online assessment in both English and maths.
If you are successful at your registration interview and you have the required English and maths skills your CV will then be sent to the relevant employer as part of the recruitment process.
If you are successful at securing yourself an apprenticeship, a meeting with the employer, mentor and assessor will be arranged with you in order to complete a Skills Gap Analysis and the apprenticeship paperwork. You will also find out more information about your job role.
