    Teaching Assistant apprentices play a key role in supporting learning, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils achieve their potential.

    This apprenticeship equips individuals with the skills and confidence to support teachers, encourage pupils in their learning, promote positive behaviour, and create inclusive, nurturing environments. Apprentices gain hands-on experience and knowledge to provide the support every learner needs to thrive, helping to inspire progress and achievement across the school community.

    18 months + 3 month assessment period

    Delivery Method

    Delivered via a monthly workshop at our academy in Lincoln. The programme can also be delivered at the employer site, and is supported through regular visits from our Occupational Experts. Reach out if your business has a particular need.
