    A Property Maintenance Operative, or Multi-Skilled Tradesperson is a versatile member of any site or construction team. The apprenticeship teaches a broad range of skills from plumbing, electrics, carpentry, brickwork, and more.

    The Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship develops versatile professionals who keep buildings safe, functional, and well-presented.

    Designed to meet the needs of a wide range of workplaces, this apprenticeship equips individuals with expertise in areas such as routine maintenance, basic repairs, health and safety, and customer service. Apprentices gain the practical skills and knowledge to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, helping organisations create safe and efficient environments. PMOs can be found in a variety of industries including building, education, leisure and beyond.

    21 months + 3 month assessment period

    Delivery Method

    Delivered via a monthly workshop at our academy in Lincoln. Training can also be delivered at the employer site, and is supported through regular visits from our Occupational Experts. Reach out if your business has a particular need.
