    The Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant apprenticeship develops advanced practitioners who play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across schools and educational settings.

    Designed to meet the needs of modern classrooms, this apprenticeship equips individuals with expertise in advanced learning support, specialist interventions, behaviour management, curriculum delivery, and safeguarding. Apprentices gain the skills and confidence to work closely with teachers, provide tailored support to learners, and contribute to raising attainment and inclusion in education.

    24 months + 3 month assessment period

    Delivery Method

    Delivered via a monthly workshop at our academy in Lincoln. Training can also be delivered at the employer site, and is supported through regular visits from our Occupational Experts. Reach out if your business has a particular need.
